This website is run by Mr Kaser Nazir, Consultant Podiatric Surgeon, who sees patients in Grand Cayman at NovoClinic, BritCay House, 236 Eastern Avenue, George Town. This page explains what happens to the information you give us through this site.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the kind of problem you’d like help with, how you expect to pay, and anything else you choose to tell us. Please don’t include detailed medical information in the form; we’ll go through that with you at your consultation.

How we use it

We only use your details to reply to your enquiry and arrange your appointment. Your enquiry is sent by email to the NovoClinic front desk and to Mr Nazir. We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing.

Who can see it

Only the NovoClinic team and Mr Nazir’s team, and only so they can help with your care. If you become a patient, your medical records are kept by NovoClinic in line with their own privacy policy and Cayman Islands law.

How long we keep it

If you don’t go on to book, we’ll delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do become a patient, your details become part of your medical record.

Your rights

Under the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email frontdesk@novocayman.com.
